Request Account Deletion

We respect your privacy. Use this form to request the permanent deletion of your Proton Chess account and associated data.

📌 What data we collect:

Phone&Server: App user ID (anonymous identifier)
Phone&Server: Device ID (for subscription activation)
Phone&Server: Lichess / Chess.com usernames (if linked)
Phone: Data of your learning progress (openings, puzzles)
Phone: PGN game data you imported
Server: Subscription purchase tokens (from Google Play)

🗑️ Most of your data is stored locally on your device. You can delete it immediately by uninstalling the app or clearing app data in your device settings.

If you also want your data removed from our backend servers, please complete this form. We will process your request within 30 days.

Account deletion may cause the app to not function properly.

After submitting, an administrator will review your request. You will not receive email updates unless you provided an email address.
